BE MY STUDENT
yoga and pilates
What does it mean to be my student?
With 25 years of experience in yoga and meditation, I bring both passion and depth to my teaching. My journey has been shaped by years of dedicated study and daily practice, a path I continue to walk with curiosity and gratitude.
Each year, I return to India for several weeks to deepen my understanding and refine my practice. For me, yoga is not just a physical discipline, but a profound science of mental and physical well-being. To be my student means to step into this shared journey, one rooted in tradition, inquiry, and personal transformation.

About me

As an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga, I’ve spent many years immersed in the study and practice of yoga. My journey has led me to a deep understanding of pranayama, anatomy, yoga philosophy, and Sanskrit, knowledge that continues to evolve and enrich my teaching.
I’ve had the privilege of learning from respected teachers including Shri O.P. Tiwari, Rolf Naujokat, Petri Räisänen, and Manju Jois. Their guidance has profoundly shaped my approach, both on and off the mat.
Yoga is my anchor, a steadying force that helps me stay centered and grounded during demanding days. It’s this sense of calm, clarity, and balance that I aim to share with my students.
